A young, African boxer arrives in America for the first for his one shot at the world title against a fierce and more experienced opponent. He must fight with a broken fist while grieving the loss of his mother.

This is a real-life story about a boxing match that forever changed both boxers’ lives. One of them was African boxer, Azumah Nelson from Ghana, who later became a three weight world champion, and the other boxer was Salvador Sanchez from Mexico, who died three weeks after the fight in a car accident.
